Instrument Repealing Superseded Recovery Plans
I, PETER ROBERT GARRETT, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts:
Having adopted new recovery plans for the listed species specified below under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999:
Maccullochella macquariensis (Trout Cod)
Diuris fragrantissima (Sunshine Diuris)
Casuarius casuarius johnsonii (Southern Cassowary); and
Petaurus gracilis (Mahogany Glider).
Hereby revoke, pursuant to subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, the following superseded Recovery Plans:
Trout Cod Recovery Plan DNRE (1998), adopted 9 March 2001;
Sunshine Diuris Recovery Plan DNRE (1998), adopted 9 March 2001;
Southern Cassowary Recovery Plan QPWS (2001), adopted 5 October 2001; and
Mahogany Glider Recovery Plan QPWS (2000), adopted 9 March 2001.
The repeal of the recovery plans will take effect on the date of signing of this instrument.
