Variation of the AusLink Roads to Recovery List

Instrument No.2008/3

I, jason barry maher, General Manager, SA/WA & Local Roads, Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, under section 88 of the AusLink (National Land Transport) Act 2005 vary the AusLink Roads to Recovery List ('the List') as follows:

1. Variations

From the part of the List relating to Queensland;

(a)                omit the following named recipients from the 'Funding Recipients' column:

Boigu Island Council

Erub Community Community Council

Council of the Shire of Esk

Iama Community Council

Injinoo Aboriginal Community Council

Council of the Shire of Jondaryan

Kubin Community Council

Ugar Island Council

Council of the Shire of Warwick;

(b)               omit the amount in the 'Auslink Roads to Recovery Grant' column corresponding to these named recipients; and

(c)                insert a note under the figure ‘250,000,000’ to say that ‘this is the total amount available for the State of Queensland over the period 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2009.  It has not been reduced to reflect the removal of councils which have been abolished’.
