National Health Security Act 2007

I, NICOLA ROXON, Minister for Health and Ageing, make this Determination under subsection 3 (2) of the National Health Security Act 2007.

1 Name of Determination

This Determination is the National Health Security (Responsible Bodies) Determination 2008.

2 Commencement

This Determination commences on the commencement of Part 2 of the National Health Security Act 2007.

3 Definition

In this Determination:

Act means the National Health Security Act 2007.

4 Determination of responsible bodies

For subsection 3 (2) of the Act, each body mentioned in Schedule 1 is a responsible Commonwealth, State or Territory body.
