   1.                                  The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 38/02 – Trailer Brake Systems) 2005.

[1]               Amend “IMPLIMENTATION” in Clause 3. to “IMPLEMENTATION”.

[2]               Insert new Clause 3.1.1 “Vehicles certified to ADR 38/03 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”
