Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995
I, PHILIP MAXWELL RUDDOCK, Attorney-General, make this Instrument:
(a) for the definition of eligible film in section 31 of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995; and
(b) under subsection 33 (3) and section 35 of that Act.

1 Name of Instrument
This Instrument is the Classification (Advertising for Unclassified Films) Amendment Instrument 2007 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Instrument commences on 1 July 2007.
3 Amendment of Classification (Advertising for Unclassified Films) Instrument 2005
Schedule 1 amends the Classification (Advertising for Unclassified Films) Instrument 2005.
