These Regulations commence as follows: (a) on the day after they are registered — regulations 1 to 3; (b) on the later of: (i) 1 July 2007; and (ii) the commencement of Schedules 1 and 2 to the Governance Review Implementation (Treasury Portfolio Agencies) Act 2007; Schedule 1.
