This instrument repeals: (a) the Thick-billed Grasswren (Western Subspecies) (Amytornis textilis textilis) Interim Recovery Plan 2000 2002 that was adopted under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 on 13 October 2003; and (b) the Conservation Research Statement and Species Recovery Plan for (Persoonia nutans) R. Br. 1996 under subsection 269A(7) of the Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 on 5 October 2001.
