1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Amendment of Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1982

  Schedule 1 amends the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1982.
