1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 March 2007.

3 Amendment of Building and Construction Industry Improvement Regulations 2005

  Schedule 1 amends the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Regulations 2005.

insert

the Act, the Workplace Relations Act or section 34 of the Independent Contractors Act 2006
