Determination of Remote Licence Areas

Subclause 5(1) of Schedule 4 to the Broadcasting Services Act 1992

In accordance with subclause 5(1) of Schedule 4 to the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, the ABA determines that the following licence areas are remote licence areas for the purposes of Schedule 4 to the Broadcasting Services Act 1992:

1. the licence area of the licence for the commercial television broadcasting service whose identifying service licence number is SL0114, designated by the ABA under section 29 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 on 22 December 1998;
2. the licence area of the licence for the commercial television broadcasting service whose identifying service licence number is SL2898, designated by the ABA under section 29 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 on 22 December 1998;
3. the licence area of the licence for the commercial television broadcasting service whose identifying service licence number is SL4285, designated by the ABA under section 29 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 on 22 December 1998;
4. the licence area of the licence for the commercial television broadcasting service whose identifying service licence number is SL10048, designated by the ABA under section 29 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 on 30 September 1997;
5. the licence area of the licence for the commercial television broadcasting service whose identifying service licence number is SL4747, designated by the ABA under section 29 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 on 26 November 1998;
6. the licence area of the licence for the commercial television broadcasting service whose identifying service licence number is SL10416, designated by the ABA under section 29 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 on 21 February 1997;
7. the licence area of the licence for the commercial television broadcasting service whose identifying service licence number is SL10417, designated by the ABA under section 29 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 on 21 February 1997; and
8. the licence area of the licence for the commercial television broadcasting service whose identifying service licence number is SL10418, designated by the ABA under section 29 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 on 21 February 1997.
