1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 25 November 2006.

3 Amendment of Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations 2005

  Schedule 1 amends the Remuneration Tribunal (Members’ Fees and Allowances) Regulations 2005.

5 Fees

  For section 12 of the Act, the following fees are prescribed:

 (a) for the President — $69 260 per year;

 (b) for other members — $33 500 per year.
