1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Federal Magistrates Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 2).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 July 2006.

3 Amendment of Federal Magistrates Regulations 2000

  Schedule 1 amends the Federal Magistrates Regulations 2000.

an application for a decree of dissolution of marriage for a marriage

insert

an application for a divorce order in relation to a marriage

[2] Subparagraph 7 (2) (d) (i)

substitute

 (i) rescission of a divorce order;

[3] Subparagraphs 7 (2) (d) (v) and (vi)

substitute

 (v) a custody order, residence order, or an order that a child lives with a person, made by an overseas court;

 (vi) a custody order, residence order, or an order that a child lives with a person, made by a court in Australia and enforceable overseas;
