AusLink Roads to Recovery Program

Variation of AusLink Roads to Recovery List Instrument No. 2006/1

 

 

I, simon nicholas kevin atkinson, Acting General Manager, AusLink Systems and Local Roads Investment, Department of Transport and Regional Services, under subsection 88(2) of the AusLink (National Land Transport) Act 2005 (the Act), vary the AusLink Roads to Recovery List determined on 2 August 2005, as varied on 30 September 2005 (the List), to redirect the remainder of the amounts specified for the WA Local Government Grants Commission (the Commission) in the List to the bodies (the Funding Recipients) in Western Australia that are specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this instrument. 

 

The variations to the List are as follows:

 

  1. Delete:
     

“WA Local Government Grant Commission to recommend allocation of 7% of funds overall in WA as follows:
 

Bridges         8,400,000

Aboriginal Access Roads       4,200,000”

 

2.      Increase the amount that each Funding Recipient is to receive to the amount specified in Column 2 of the Schedule. 

 

This instrument commences on the day that it is signed.
