DETERMINATION TO ABOLISH A SPECIAL ACCOUNT

I, Anne Morant, Acting Branch Manager, Financial Framework Branch, pursuant to powers delegated to me by the Chief Executive of the Department of Finance & Administration under section 53 of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, for the purposes of subsection 20(3) of that Act, determine that the Public Sector Management Course Special Account is abolished.
