1 Commencement

1.1 This Declaration commences on gazettal.

2 Amendment

2.1 The Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration is amended as set out in this Declaration.

3 Clause 4 (Approved authorities)

3.1 After:

 “National Registration Authority for Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals”,

 insert:

 “NEPC Service Corporation”.
