Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration

I, KIM CHRISTIAN BEAZLEY, Minister for Finance, make the following Declaration under section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990.

Citation

 1. This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration.

Commencement

 2. This Declaration commences on 1 July 1995.

Interpretation

 3. In this Declaration, unless the contrary intention appears:

“the Act” means the Superannuation Act 1990.

Approved authorities

 4. Each of the following authorities and bodies is declared, under paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Act, to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act:

Repeal

 4. Statutory Rules 1991 Nos. 151, 189, 303 and 423; 1992 Nos. 77, 106, 184 and 466; 1993 No. 123; 1994 Nos. 14, 30, 299 and 398 are repealed.
