1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave) Payroll Levy Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 January 2006.

3 Amendment of Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave) Payroll Levy Regulations

  Schedule 1 amends the Coal Mining Industry (Long Service Leave) Payroll Levy Regulations.
