1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the National Health Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 2).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Amendment (Immunisation Program) Act 2005.

3 Amendment of National Health Regulations 1954

  Schedule 1 amends the National Health Regulations 1954.
