1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Amendment of Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1976

  Schedule 1 amends the Remuneration Tribunal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1976.

[1] Paragraphs 5 (h) to (j)

substitute

 (h) the appointment, by Letters Patent, of a person as a Commissioner to inquire into and report on matters specified in the Letters Patent.
