1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Aviation Transport Security Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 31 August 2005.

3 Amendment of Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005

  Schedule 1 amends the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005.
