VARIATION TO LICENCE AREA PLAN FOR SCOTTSDALE RADIO – No 1 of 2005

Pursuant to subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, on 4 August 2005, the Australian Communications and Media Authority varied the Licence Area Plan for Scottsdale Radio determined on 13 December 2001 (the principal instrument) in the manner set out below:

(1) The determination in the principal instrument is varied to:

(a) number each of the paragraphs in the determination consecutively as clauses (1), (2) and (3);

(b) in clause (2), omit the word and numbers Attachments 1.2 1.10and  substitute the word and numbers Attachments 1.2 1.11;

(c) in clause (3), omit the word and numbers Attachments 2.2 2.3and  substitute the word and numbers Attachments 2.2 2.4; and

(d) insert the following clause after clause (3):

 

“(4) A reference in this determination to a schedule or an attachment includes a reference to a schedule or attachment as amended from time to time”.

 

(2) Under the heading SCHEDULES, immediately following the determination,

(a) omit the words each of the schedules set out:; and

(b) omit all nine paragraphs marked with dot points.

(3)  Schedules to the principal instrument are varied to:

(a)   in Schedule One, omit column 2 including the heading and all text; and

(b)   omit Schedule Two of the principal instrument and substitute the table headed Schedule Two in item 2 on page 5 of this instrument.

(4)  Attachments to the principal instrument are varied to:

(a)  omit attachment 1.1 of the principal instrument and substitute Attachment 1.1 of this instrument;

(b)  omit attachment 2.1 of the principal instrument and substitute Attachment 2.1 of this instrument; and

(c) insert Attachment 2.4 of this instrument after Attachment 2.3 of the principal instrument.
