I, NIKOLAS BARRIE HULSE, acting Registrar of Plant Breeder’s Rights, under section 7 of the Plant Breeder’s Rights Act 1994 (the Act), approve a form set out in Schedule 1 of this instrument as a certificate for the purposes of section 44(10) of the Act.
This instrument revokes any part of any other instrument approving a form as a certificate for the purposes of subsection 44(10) of the Act.
This instrument commences on the first moment of the day next following the day when it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
