1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Native Title (National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fund) Repeal Regulations 2005.

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3 Native Title (National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fund) Regulations — repeal

  Statutory Rules 1994 No. 239 is repealed.
