AIR SERVICES REGULATIONS – 1995

CLASS A AIRSPACE

I, Kenneth Wedderburn McLean, General Manager Airspace and Environment Regulatory Unit, Airservices Australia, hereby:

1. REVOKE instrument - Class A Airspace dated 22 November 2004; and

b.      DETERMINE the following volumes of airspace, described in Attachment A, are established as Class A Airspace and Control Areas (in accordance with Annex 11 to the Chicago Convention) under the provisions of Air Services Regulations 2.04 (1) (b) and 2.04 (1) (d).

This instrument is deemed to come into force and take effect from 05 06081600UTC.
