Inclusion of species in the list of threatened species under s178 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999

I, ROBERT MURRAY HILL, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by:

including in the list in the endangered category

• Engaeus spinicaudatus (Scottsdale Burrowing Crayfish)

• Engaeus martigener (Furneaux Burrowing Crayfish)

including in the list in the vulnerable category

• Engaeus orramakunna (Mt Arthur Burrowing Crayfish)

• Engaeus yabbimunna (Burnie Burrowing Crayfish)

including in the list in the conservation dependent category

• Miniopterus schreibersii (southern form) Southern Bent-wing Bat
