1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3 Amendment of Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Regulations 1988

  Schedule 1 amends the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Regulations 1988.
