Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1)1

1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.
3 Amendment of Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations
Schedule 1 amends the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations.
