
Therapeutic Goods Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 3)1

1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Therapeutic Goods Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 3).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on 1 July 2004.
3 Amendment of Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990
Schedule 1 amends the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990.

specified media has the meaning given by section 42B of the Act.
