1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Marine Navigation Levy Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 July 2004.

3 Amendment of Marine Navigation Levy Regulations 1991

  Schedule 1 amends the Marine Navigation Levy Regulations 1991.
