Petroleum Excise (Prices) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1)1
I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Petroleum Excise (Prices) Act 1987.

1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Petroleum Excise (Prices) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.
3 Amendment of Petroleum Excise (Prices) Regulations 1988
Schedule 1 amends the Petroleum Excise (Prices) Regulations 1988.
