1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Cocos (Keeling) Islands (Courts) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Cocos (Keeling) Islands (Courts) Regulations

  Schedule 1 amends the Cocos (Keeling) Islands (Courts) Regulations.
