1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Crimes Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 6).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 January 2004.

3 Amendment of Crimes Regulations 1990

  Schedule 1 amends the Crimes Regulations 1990.

[1] After paragraph 5 (1) (ca)

insert

 (cb) the release of a prisoner under a home detention order under Division 4 of Part 8 of the Corrections Act 1986 of Victoria;
