1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Energy Grants (Credits) Scheme Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Energy Grants (Credits) Scheme Regulations 2003

Schedule 1 amends the Energy Grants (Credits) Scheme Regulations 2003.

Schedule 1 Amendments

(regulation 3)

[1] Subparagraph 7 (b) (ii)

omit

[2] After paragraph 7 (b)

(i) is made up of biodiesel and diesel; and

(ii) consists principally of biodiesel that:

(A) is the subject of a fuel standard under the Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000; and

(B) complies with the standard.
