1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Navy (Canteens) Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Navy (Canteens) Regulations

  Schedule 1 amends the Navy (Canteens) Regulations.

 (3) As soon as practicable after 30 June in a year, the Board must give the Minister an account of income and expenditure and an audited balance-sheet for the Fund as at 30 June.
