1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Proceeds of Crime Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 20 December 2002.

  Schedule 1 amends the Proceeds of Crime Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 1).
