1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Charter of the United Nations Sanctions Regulations (Repeal) 2002.

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Libya) Regulations — repeal

  The following Statutory Rules are repealed:

  1994 No. 131

  1995 No. 432.

4 Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) Regulations 1998 — repeal

  Statutory Rules 1998 No. 102 is repealed.

5 Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions — Eritrea and Ethiopia) Regulations 2000 — repeal

  Statutory Rules 2000 No. 247 is repealed.
