1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Environment Protection (Nuclear Codes) Repeal Regulations 2000.

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 4 February 2001.

3 Environment Protection (Nuclear Codes) Regulations — repeal

  Statutory Rules 1981 No. 346 is repealed.
