1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, as follows:

 (a) on 5 December 1999 — regulations 1 to 3, and Schedule 1;

 (b) on 10 December 1999 — Schedule 2;

 (c) on 1 July 2000 — Schedule 3.

3 Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997

  Schedules 1, 2 and 3 amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
