1 Name of regulations

  These regulations are the Judicial and Statutory Officers (Remuneration and Allowances) Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These regulations are taken to have commenced as follows:

  (a) on 11 January 1999 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

  (b) on 31 March 1999 — Schedule 2.

3 Amendment of Judicial and Statutory Officers (Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations 1986
