1 Name of regulations

  These regulations are the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (MoneyLaundering Convention) Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

 (1) Regulations 1 to 3, and Schedule 1, commence on gazettal.

 (2) Schedule 2 commences on 1 April 1999.

3 Amendment of Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Money-Laundering Convention) Regulations 1997

  Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Money-Laundering Convention) Regulations 1997.
