Export Inspection and Meat (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Export Inspection (Establishment Registration Charges) Act 1985.

1. Commencement
1.1 These Regulations commence on 16 December 1997.
2. Amendment
2.1 The Export Inspection and Meat (Establishment Registration Charges) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3. Regulation 4 (Imposition of charge)
3.1 After paragraph 4 (1) (c), insert:
“(ca) fish products;”.
3.2 Subregulation 4 (1A):
Omit “dried fruit or fish,”, substitute “dried fruit, fish or fish products,”.
4. Schedule 1 (Registration charges for non-meat establishments)
4.1 Item 1:
Omit “, fish,”, substitute “or”.
4.2 After item 1, insert:
“1A | An establishment, that is either land based or a vessel, used solely for the storage of fish or fish products | $1000.00”. |
4.3 Item 2:
Omit “$900.00”, substitute “$1350.00”.
4.4 Item 3:
Omit “$980.00”, substitute “$1350.00”.
4.5 Item 5:
Omit “$1080.00”, substitute “$1550.00”.
4.6 Item 12:
Omit “(or class of establishment)”.
4.7 Add at the end of the Schedule:
“13 | Any other establishment that is a vessel | $1000.00”. |
