This objective also has the effect it would have if it were limited to providing support: (a) by providing family allowances, child endowment, unemployment benefits and benefits to students; or (b) by engaging in measures to meet Australia’s international obligations in relation to children, in particular those under the Convention on the Rights of the Child; or |
