REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910–1952.*
I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910–1952.

Recording and payment of overtime.
2. Regulation 46 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by omitting from sub–regulation (13.) the words “salary exceeding £1,943 per annum” and inserting in their stead the words “salary exceeding £2,228 per annum”.
Sunday duty.
3. Regulation 50 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by omitting from sub–regulation (1.) the words “in excess of £1,943 per annum” and inserting in their stead the words “in excess of £2,228 per annum”.
Class of travelling accommodation.
4. Regulation 83 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by omitting from sub–regulation (1.) the words “does not exceed £928 per annum” and inserting in their stead the words “does not exceed £1,028 per annum”.
