War Graves Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the War Graves Act 1980.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the War Graves Regulations.
Commencement
2. Regulation 3 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 22 June 1981.
Allowances of Director
3. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (2) of the Act, the following allowances are prescribed, namely, the allowances payable to an officer included in the Third Division of the Australian Public Service.
