REGULATIONS UNDER THE FAMILY LAW ACT 1975.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Family Law Act 1975.

FAMILY LAW (JUDGES) REGULATIONS

Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Family Law (Judges) Regulations.

Commencement.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 5 January 1976.

Prescribed number of Senior and other Judges of Court.

3. For the purposes of sub-section 21 (3) of the Family Law Act 1975, the prescribed number is 29.
