Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963.

After regulation 11 of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
Privileges and immunities of representatives attending the Second Meeting of the Commission
“11a. (1) This regulation applies to the following international conference, namely, the Second Meeting of the Commission convened at Hobart in the State of Tasmania between 29 August 1983 and 9 September 1983.
“(2) A person who is in attendance at the international conference to which this regulation applies as a representative of—
(a) a country other than Australia;
(b) an international organization (other than the Commission) to which the Act applies; or
(c) an overseas organization to which the Act applies,

has the privileges and immunities specified in Part I of the Third Schedule to the Act.
“(3) A person who has attended the international conference to which this regulation applies as a representative of—
(a) a country other than Australia;
(b) an international organization (other than the Commission) to which the Act applies; or
(c) an overseas organization to which the Act applies,
has the immunities specified in Part II of the Third Schedule to the Act.”.
