Australian Military Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Re-engagement

1. Regulation 140 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (5) (c) (iia) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:

“(iia) the Commanding Officer, Central Army Records Office;

(iib) a Staff Officer, Grade 2 (Personnel) on the establishment of the Central Army Records Office;”.

Authority to discharge soldiers

2. Regulation 175 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (2) (b) the following paragraph:

“(ba) the Commanding Officer, Central Army Records Office;”.
