Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1976.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Long Service Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s.48.]

2.   Schedule 2

2.1   After item 9, insert:

“9a  Australian Vice-Chancellors’ Committee”.

2.2   After item 16, insert:

“16a  Commonwealth Funds Management Limited”.

2.3   After item 20, insert:

“20a International Development Program of Australian Universities and Colleges Limited”.

2.4   After item 22a, insert:

“22b  National Institute of Dramatic Art”.
