Family Law Regulations 2 (Amendment)

 

 

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Family Law Act 1975.

1.   Commencement

1.1   Regulation 5 commences on 1 April 1992.

 

[NOTE:  The remainder of these Regulations commence on gazettal:  see Acts  Interpretation Act 1901, s.48]


2.   Amendment

2.1   The Family Law Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 

 

3.   Schedule 1a (Countries or parts of countries declared to be prescribed overseas jurisdictions for purposes of sections 60 and 69)

3.1   After item 33, insert:
