Customs Regulations (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 14 December 1993.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Customs Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 2 (Goods in respect of which TCO’s must not be made)

3.1   Item 6 (Column 3):

Insert “Anhydrous Dextrose and Monohydrate Dextrose”.
